Sanders is entering his redshirt senior season after earning All-Big 12 honors in each of his last two seasons at Baylor. In 2025, Sanders slashed .335/.425/.549 with eight home runs, nine doubles and 25 RBIs on his way to earning All Big 12 honorable mention.

Speed is also a major part of Sanders’ game as he swiped 24 bags last season.

A 6-foot-2, 193-pound infielder, Sanders spent all of last season at shortstop for Baylor but is also capable of playing second and third base. Sanders began his career at Texas Tech, redshirting in 2023 and playing in just 13 games in 2024 before finding his footing at Baylor.
