Tennessee Athletics had the full attention of Vol Nation online on Monday morning as it ushered in the new Adidas Era on Rocky Top with the release of its new orange uniforms for seven major sports on campus: Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, and Volleyball.
Monday’s reveal was the first of a four-day event. Tuesday will show off the new white uniforms, Wednesday will be reserved for the Summitt Blue women’s uniforms, and Thursday will feature the Vols’ Dark Mode threads.
With the pictures and videos that were released online Monday morning, Tennessee also has some notes and details about each of the uniforms. Here’s a look at what Tennessee said about each in a press release on Monday:
All Uniforms

Football
“The orange football uniforms feature a front collar Power T logo inside a subtle circle to make it even more iconic. The historic ‘I will give my all!’ slogan, in the exact font, is now located on the inside collar and the traditional stripes are on the pants.”
Men’s Basketball
“The orange men’s basketball uniforms retain the classic look, with updated collaring and sleeve piping, while featuring a center color adidas logo and a Power T above the name plate.”
Women’s Basketball
“The orange women’s basketball uniforms feature the Tennessee bold wordmark, a center-collar adidas logo and a Summitt Blue outline on both the top and shorts. Summitt Blue is woven throughout the fabric of the Lady Vol brand.”
Baseball
“The all-orange baseball uniforms feature the classic Vols script and the white pants have thin 151C piping down the side.”
Softball
“The orange softball uniforms feature the Tennessee script wordmark, outlined in Summitt Blue and a Lady Vol logo on the left sleeve to honor the rich tradition of the brand.”
Soccer
“The orange soccer uniforms feature the Tennessee bold wordmark and a Lady Vol logo on the back neck.”
Volleyball
