Lady Vols basketball is going through summer practices as Kim Caldwell prepares for a critical third year leading the program. With so much on the line, she let a Tennessee Athletics camera crew in to document this portion of the offseason. Now, you can watch it all on YouTube.
Featured in the video is the entirely rebuilt Lady Vols roster. Tennessee lost every player from last year’s team and an incoming signing, forcing the staff to go out and sign 13 transfers and a pair of incoming freshmen. Caldwell also moved on from a pair of assistant coaches, Gabe Lazo and Roman Tubner, and replaced them with Bill Ferrara from Florida State and Isoken Uzamere from Georgia.
Now, the group is hungry to go out and prove that they can get the Lady Vols program back on track after a deflating end to the 2025-26 season. Watch the video below:

So far, Tennessee has announced a handful of official dates for games this upcoming season. Below is the full out-of-conference schedule. The Lady Vols will also play Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and South Carolina at home in SEC play and Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri, Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt on the road.
