Moving In The Right Direction

Chris Brazzell II

Brazzell was out on the practice field working with his teammates for the first time during fall practice. The senior receiver was fully dressed out but wasn’t full-go. He only did two routes on air reps and wasn’t going full speed during it. It was a step in the right direction for Brazzell as Tennessee looks to get its receiver room healthy.

Rickey Gibson

Tennessee’s starting cornerback was full-go during Monday’s practice after working off to the side for multiple practices last week and missing Saturday’s scrimmage at Neyland Stadium. A needed step in the right direction for a position group that’s battling injuries so far in camp.

Miles Kitselman

Tennessee’s starting tight end has spent most of fall camp in a red non contact jersey. He was in a yellow jersey, which allows some contact, during Monday’s practice.

Jack Van Dorselaer

The freshman tight end missed the back half of last week, but was back on the practice field in a yellow jersey Monday. With Tennessee likely playing a bunch of 12 personnel this season, Van Dorselaer could push for early playing time.

Cole Harrison

Sticking with tight ends, the redshirt freshman has been either sidelined or in a red non contact jersey for most of camp. He was full-go during the open portions of Monday’s practice.

Brian Grant

The reserve offensive lineman spent most of last week working off to the side during practice. He was in a red non contact jersey Monday. Grant does not project as a contributor for Tennessee this season.

No Change In Status

Jermod McCoy

McCoy returned to the practice field late last week and was out there again on Monday. The Preseason All-American has been fully dressed out and doing some brief drill work. He’s

Boo Carter

Carter has been full-go during open portions of practice over the last week and that remained the same on Monday. Nothing for Carter on the offensive side but he continues to go through drills with defensive backs.

Colton Hood

The Colorado transfer cornerback was in a red non contact jersey to end last week and was still in the jersey during Monday’s practice. He went through all of the open portions of practice.

Josh Josephs

Tennessee’s top edge rusher has been sidelined the last week and that remained the same during Monday’s practice. RTI spotted Josephs running on an elliptical in the weight room while the team went through stretches and the beginning drills of practice.

Christian Gass

Freshman Christian Gass has been sidelined throughout fall camp and that remained the case during the open parts of Monday’s practice.

A Set Back On Monday

Jeremiah Telander

The junior linebacker has been full-go throughout fall practice but was in a red non contact jersey during Monday’s practice.

Ty Redmond

The freshman cornerback has been a real bright spot for Tennessee in fall practice but was in a red non contact jersey to begin week three of practice.
