FanDuel promo code: College Football Week 0 previews, odds

Let’s hope your couch is ready, because Saturday is packed full of college football action. There are a handful of games on the slate, and here’s the five most intriguing:

No. 17 Kansas St. vs. No. 22 Iowa St. – Noon ET

The marquee game of the day kicks off Saturday’s action. The Kansas State Wildcats and Iowa State Cyclones will meet in Dublin, Ireland, to start the college football season. A rematch of last year’s Big 12 Championship, the Wildcats will have revenge on their minds when they meet their conference rival. Kansas State are slight favorites ahead of this contest.

UNLV vs. Idaho St. – 4 p.m. ET

With its signing of former Mississippi St. and Florida head coach Dan Mullen, UNLV certainly has some buzz around the program. They will feature a two-quarterback offense when they battle Idaho State. The Rebels are massive favorites in this one.

Fresno St. vs. Kansas – 6:30 p.m. ET

Can Kansas shake off the ghost of last season’s 1-5 start? The Jayhawks may have managed a trio of top-25 upset wins to end the season, but the slow start doomed them. They’ll take on E.J. Warner in his Fresno State debut after transferring from Rice and are favored.

Sam Houston vs. Western Kentucky – 7 p.m. ET

This pair of Conference USA rivals will meet in Bowling Green on Saturday evening. Sam Houston will seek to build on its 10-win season from last year, while Western Kentucky unveils its revamped squad. Sam Houston enters as underdogs on the road.

Hawaii vs. Stanford – 7:30 p.m. ET

The evening’s nightcap belongs to Hawaii and Stanford, who will meet at 7:30 pm ET. The Rainbow Warriors will roll out highly-regarded redshirt freshman quarterback Micah Alejado, who was impressive in his only start last year. Hawaii are slight favorites.
