SEC Shorts returned with another laugh-out-loud video on Monday morning to recap all the excitement (and disappointment) around the conference during the Week 2 slate.
The hit comedy sketch series looked at the different teams around the league, figuring out which ones bounced back, which ones showed up, and which particular team from Gainesville is looking for a safe place to hide after what happened on Saturday night.
Tennessee wasn’t featured much this week, which wasn’t surprising after a routine 55-point beatdown of FCS foe East Tennessee State. The Vols put up 72 points in their game and broke their own record for most points scored in a single contest in the modern era of UT football (71 vs Kent State).
All eyes will be on Knoxville for the remainder of the week, though. No. 15 Tennessee is gearing up for a home matchup against No. 6 Georgia this weekend in Neyland Stadium. It wouldn’t be a shock to see the Vols and Bulldogs as the feature teams on SEC Shorts next Monday morning.
