FanDuel promo code: Chiefs vs. Giants odds and preview

The Kansas City Chiefs have never started 0-3 in the Andy Reid era, but that’s exactly what’s at stake on Sunday Night Football when they meet the New York Giants. You’d have to travel all the way back to 2011 for the last time the Chiefs got off to that dreadful start, and they certainly haven’t passed the eye test through this season’s first two weeks.

The Giants, on the other hand, were on the losing end of a slugfest last Sunday against the Cowboys, but their offense racked up 37 points and 506 total yards of offense in the loss. Quarterback Russell Wilson seemed to find some kind of youth elixir, as he looked like vintage Russ, throwing for a career-high 450 yards and three touchdowns.

If that version of Wilson shows up at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, the Chiefs have not shown that they have the firepower to keep pace. It’s clear that quarterback Patrick Mahomes is missing a downfield threat, and Xavier Worthy is not expected to return tonight.

Oddsmakers are still favoring the Chiefs in this one.
