Best Bets for No. 11 Tennessee vs. No. 6 Alabama (10/18/25)

On Saturday, the Vols will face one of the season’s biggest challenges when they head to Tuscaloosa to take on the Crimson Tide. While Tennessee won the last meeting, the Vols have not had much sustained luck against the Tide in recent years, having dropped eight of the ten games.

Saturday’s tilt has the potential to be season-defining, so let’s take a look at the best Tennessee odds ahead of kickoff, as well as a glance at some props prior to gametime.

Top sportsbooks with the best bets & odds for Tennessee vs Alabama

Here’s a look at the best college football betting apps to make a wager with on today’s game.

Tennessee vs. Alabama: Over 58.5 points (-108 or better)

Josh Heupel’s dynamic offense will be tested in this one for sure, but the playmakers on that side of the ball for Tennessee have shown they can hang with anyone. Alabama has a solid secondary, but its weakness could definitely be stopping the run. The Tide is allowing 5.3 yards per carry, so having DeSean Bishop healthy and back in the fold will do worlds for a Tennessee squad that looks to sustain drives. Scoring should be plentiful in this one, so strap in for a slobberknocker in Tuscaloosa.

Ty Simpson: Over 290 passing yards (-118 or better)

Alabama quarterback and Heisman favorite Ty Simpson has been dynamite for the Crimson Tide this season, compiling 1,678 passing yards to go along with 16 touchdowns and one interception. While he was limited to 200 yards passing in last week’s win over Missouri, Tennessee’s defense has been vulnerable to explosive passes this season. Tim Banks’ squad is adept at generating pressure on opposing quarterbacks, but Simpson should have his opportunities down the field.

Joey Aguilar: 2+ passing touchdowns (+110 or better)

QB Joey Aguilar was limited to one passing touchdown in each of his last two games, so taking 2+ touchdowns may seem to be a fool’s errand. I expect Alabama to gameplan for the Tennessee ground game in the red zone, however, which should open things up for the young passer. Prior to Tennessee’s wins against Arkansas and Mississippi State, Aguilar tossed for a combined six touchdowns against Georgia and UAB. Expect Josh Heupel to give him the green light against Alabama.
