Tennessee football currently holds commitments from four prospects in the 2027 recruiting class. On Monday, Feb. 23, Rivals updated its rankings for the cycle, affecting each of the commits.
Topping the class is still four-star offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo. He made the jump from the No. 183 to No. 162 recruit in the country. He is also now the No. 12 offensive tackle in the class.
Behind Uwaifo is four-star defensive tackle Kadin Fife. However, Fife dropped from No. 167 in the class down to No. 214. He is now the No. 28 defensive lineman, as well.
Then, it’s a pair of three-stars. Linebacker JP Peace is now the No. 46 linebacker, dropping 12 spots at the position. Quarterback Derrick Baker is the No. 39 quarterback, dropping five spots at the position.
Those are the only four commitments in the class so far, but the Vols are still in good standing for plenty of top-ranked recruits across the country. This includes cornerback Joshua Dobson and offensive tackle Maxwell Hiller, who were given five-star status by Rivals in the ranking refresh.
