Tennessee football had a successful time in the transfer portal this offseason. The Vols lost 28 players to the portal, but the majority were reserves who likely wouldn’t have made much of an impact if they stayed. On the other hand, Tennessee reeled in 21 players, which featured some top talent in the portal.
Now, all 28 outgoing players have committed to their new schools, with the exception of Amari Jefferson. Instead, he announced he is stepping away from football.
