Lady Vols basketball has landed its fourth commitment of the transfer portal cycle, and its first with SEC experience. On Monday, Georgia forward transfer Zhen Craft announced her commitment to Tennessee on Instagram.

The 6-foot-2 forward will have three years of eligibility remaining after playing her true freshman season with the Bulldogs a year ago. On the year, she averaged 5.7 points per game on 46.9% shooting from the field. She did not attempt a three-point shot. She also added 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game.

Craft appeared in 27 games on the year and started in four. She played an average of 15.7 minutes per game. In the overtime loss in Athens to the Lady Vols, she played 11 minutes and recorded two points, one rebound and one steal.

Out of high school, Craft was ranked as a four-star recruit. ESPN had her as the No. 64 player in the country. She is from Waldrof, Maryland, where she played for Bishop McNamara High School.

With Georgia head coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson stepping down after this past season, Craft entered the portal. Now, she’s following Bulldogs assistant coach Isoken Uzamere to Tennessee after Kim Caldwell hired Uzamere to fill Roman Tubner’s position on the staff.

Craft is now the fifth player to be rostered for next season and the fourth transfer. Joining incoming freshman Gabby Minus, UT landed Liberty’s Avery Mills, Northern Arizona’s Naomi White and Stanford’s Harper Peterson. This came after all potential Lady Vol returners entered the portal and five-star incoming freshman Oliviyah Edwards was released from her signing, per her request.

Tennessee will have plenty more work to do in the portal, now, though. One name to note is Craft’s Georgia teammate, Rylie Theuerkauf, who visited Knoxville with Craft.
