
The first three games on Tennessee Football’s 2026 schedule officially have kickoff times, as announced by UT on Wednesday afternoon.
The Vols will host Furman in Neyland Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET on Sept. 5. That Week 1 game can be seen on either SEC Network+ or ESPN+.
Tennessee will then travel to Georgia Tech for a road game against the Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. ET in Week 2. That game will be broadcast on ESPN.
The Vols will then return home to host Kennesaw State at 7:45 p.m. ET in Week 3. That game will be on the SEC Network.

- Sept. 5 – vs Furman (3:30 p.m. on SECN+/ESPN+)

- Sept. 19 – vs Kennesaw State (7:45 p.m. on SECN)
- Sept. 26 – vs Texas
- Oct. 3 – vs Auburn
- Oct. 10 – at Arkansas
- Oct. 17 – vs Alabama
- Oct. 24 – at South Carolina
- Oct. 31 – OPEN
- Nov. 7 – vs Kentucky
- Nov. 14 – at Texas A&M
- Nov. 21 – vs LSU
- Nov. 28 – at Vanderbilt
This is the sixth season for Tennessee Football under head coach Josh Heupel. In the previous five seasons, Tennessee has a record of 45-20 with two non-playoff bowl wins, two non-playoff bowl losses, and one College Football Playoffs loss.
A post from Reddit CFB in April organized the schedules of all 138 FBS teams based on opponents’ success in 2025. Tennessee has the 20th-ranked schedule in the nation based on 2025 records, which is the 11th highest in the SEC. Texas and Kentucky have the two most difficult schedules in the country, according to the rankings.
