Tennessee’s big recruiting weekend seems to have made a positive impact on one of the Vols’ offensive targets in the 2027 recruiting class. Four-star offensive tackle Q’Mari Hudson is an important target for Tennessee in the current recruiting cycle, and the Vols were able to get him on campus Friday for an official visit.
On Monday morning, Rivals’ recruiting insider Chad Simmons logged a prediction for Tennessee to land Hudson at a 60% confidence rating.
Rivals‘ Rankings have Hudson tabbed as the No. 281 prospect in the class, the No. 22 offensive tackle in the cycle, and the No. 7 player from the state of Virginia. He currently plays for Western Branch High School in Chesapeake, VA.
While Hudson originally planned to announce his commitment plans in July, a report from GoVols247’s Ryan Callahan states that the four-star prospect has moved up his reveal to this Saturday, June 13.
In late May, Hudson released a Top 3 finalists list of Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Tennessee.
