Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State, Penn State
Jefferson committed to Georgia on Monday, Aug. 25. Jefferson has said that he still plans on taking all five of his official visits, however, so the Vols will likely keep the full-court press on in this one until signing day in hopes of changing his mind. Jefferson then decommitted from the Bulldogs on Jan. 20, and seems to still be considering Ole Miss, Oklahoma and Florida. Tennessee can’t be completely eliminated, but it looks like the Vols will come up short for this top in-state prospect.

One look at Jefferson’s film and you can tell that he is being taught the position of wide receiver (his father coaches that position for the Tennessee Titans). He is a very fluid runner who runs great routes and knows how to create space through subtle head movements, changes of speed, and bursting into his breaks. He has excellent hands and shows a knack for adjusting to poorly or underthrown balls.
