10. Athletes Vincent Perry and Joc Bruce
I’m lumping these two together because they have a lot in common. Both are “blueshirts” that didn’t officially sign with UT in February, but are expected to be on campus this summer and then will be put on scholarship shortly after arriving. Both could play slot receiver, running back, help in the return game and more.
They’re both wild cards. Both dealt with some injuries in high school and neither was highly ranked in recruiting. None of the UT coaches have been able to comment on them either since they’re not officially signed. But they have upside and experience in positions of need for the Vols, so they’re both names to keep an eye on in 2015.
