Linebackers
With a relatively high number of linebackers already on the roster, and a defense that often only uses two on the field at a time, this position wasn’t a huge priority in this class. Still, the Vols landed a couple quality players in top in-state linebacker Daniel Bituli and outside linebacker Ja’Quain Blakely. Both bring size and versatility to the defense, giving defensive coordinator Bob Shoop more options as he implements whatever wrinkles he has planned for the Vols.
