6. LB Gavin Bryant
Heading into his third year on campus, the redshirt sophomore is getting a few extra chances this spring with a handful of injuries at the linebacker position. He had a nice hit during some team reps on Thursday and has drawn the praise of coaches thus far. He’s a big hitter and a physical player – there’s little doubt about that – but he needs to prove that he understands the defense and can be reliable if called upon.
