There are a lot of descriptions for Joshua Dobbs, but “average” generally isn’t one of them.

That was the comment made on the radio by ESPN’s Ted Miller, who covers Pac 12 football. And Miller likely meant that as more of a compliment to Stanford players than a slight to Dobbs, but Tennessee’s aerospace engineering major/quarterback didn’t seem to like being called the “A” word.

Dobbs’ Aerospace professors at UT are or have been associated with Oak Ridge National Labs, NASA, etc. Especially for an undergrad education, they’d match a Stanford education.
