Lamont Wade has been the top cornerback name for the Vols, but that relationship seems to have cooled a bit. Corker, who is from Stockbridge, Ga., might be the new top name to watch at this position. He recently got a visit from several members of UT’s staff as he start to close in on a decision that is expected to come later this month. The Vols badly need help at cornerback, and Corker should know that he’ll have the opportunity to compete for early playing time in Knoxville.
