Special Teams
Commitments: Brent Cimaglia (3-star, kicker)
Tennessee has just one special teams player committed in the 2017 class, and that’s from kicker Brent Cimaglia. The Vols will be losing kicker Aaron Medley after the 2017 season, and they hope Cimaglia can take over once Medley graduates. Cimaglia is from Franklin, Tennessee and was committed to Southern Miss before picking up an offer from the Vols. He decommitted from Southern Miss then committed to Tennessee in the same day.
Cimaglia scored exceptionally well at various Kohl’s kicking camps both as a field goal kicker and on kickoffs. He’s rated as the 47th overall kicker in the nation on 247Sports.
