8. RB Travis Etienne
Etienne (Jennings, La.) has changed up his finalists a few times, but Tennessee has remained one of the constants. That’s the good news for the Vols. The bad news? The in-state LSU Tigers jumped into this one late. So did national champ Clemson. Tennessee has its work cut out for it if the Vols are going to land this electric back, but his relationship with running backs coach Robert Gillespie gives UT at least a shot.
