What’s Pruitt’s Style?
This will be head coach Jeremy Pruitt’s first major event in front of Tennessee fans since his introductory press conference as head coach. Yes, he’s made public appearances since then and has spoken to the media and fans at other times. But this will be the most national attention he’s received since that opening presser, and this will be the first time fans actually get to see his coaching style firsthand.
How will Pruitt respond?
What will Pruitt look like actually on the field as Tennessee’s head coach? How will he orchestrate the Orange & White Game? It’s highly unlikely he’ll be barking over the PA system with a mic like Butch Jones used to do, so what else will be different too? Plus, fans will be excited to see just how different Pruitt coaches a “game” than Jones.
The spring game won’t be nearly as important as the Vols’ first game of the 2018 season, but this will be the first time fans get to see Pruitt coach on a Tennessee sideline. And that’s important.
