RTI’s SEC Predicted Order of Finish

The predicted order of finish for the 2018 SEC football season will be announced at SEC Media Days today. All the attending media members cast their votes for where they believe all 14 teams will finish within their respective divisions, and they chose who they believe will win the conference as well.

Before those results come out, however, the RTI team wanted to share with you our predictions for the upcoming SEC season.

Three of RTI’s team cast official votes for the SEC Media Days selection, and we’ve shared our picks with you. We’ve also averaged out our picks and chosen RTI’s official SEC East and West winners along with who we think will win the whole SEC. We also have our picks for where we think Tennessee will finish in bold.

The final tally was totaled by a simple point system. Each time a team was picked as a division winner, they were awarded seven points. The second-place team was given six points, third-place team was given five points, etc.

Managing editor Nathanael Rutherford, staff writer Will Boling, contributor Wil Wright, and recruiting contributor Charley Collier all share their predictions below.
