Lane Kiffin
Quick Bio: Vol fans know who Lane Kiffin is. He was a head coach at Tennessee for a season before bolting for USC, and he served as the OC at Alabama and was very successful there before taking the head coaching job at Florida Atlantic prior to the 2017 season.
Pros: Say what you want about Kiffin as a head coach, but he’s always proven to be an effective offensive mind who can develop quarterbacks and dial up great plays on offense. He’s had success as an OC before and has guided offenses to success at Tennessee, USC, Alabama, and FAU.
Cons/Questions: Given his track record with UT and current AD Phillip Fulmer, it’s highly unlikely Kiffin will ever be returning to the University of Tennessee.
