Tennessee will wrap up their 2019 signing class today on National Signing Day. And they have several targets making their college decisions known on Wednesday.
The Vols signed 19 players in the early signing period back in December, which leaves them with just a few spots left to fill today. Tennessee still has a few big targets left on the board, and there are a few prospects who UT is in on who may not be signing today.
