In January, Tennessee welcomed in 10 early enrollees from their 2019 signing class and two transfers in defensive lineman Aubrey Solomon and athlete Deangelo Gibbs. Over the last couple weeks, almost all of the Vols’ remaining 2019 signees have arrived on campus, and now they have their official jersey numbers at UT.
Tennessee updated their roster online, and with the update came the addition of their 12 summer enrollees from the 2019 signing class. The heights and weights of the new additions aren’t updated fully, but their jersey numbers are.
Five-star offensive tackle Darnell Wright, high four-star linebacker Henry To’oto’o, and four-star JUCO defensive tackle Savion Williams highlight the newest group of Vols to move in on campus this summer. All three of those players and the other nine summer enrollees now have their jersey numbers as they enter their first year as Vols.
All 12 incoming players have their jersey numbers assigned, though they are certainly subject to change. A couple players — offensive lineman Jackson Lampley and JUCO transfer defensive lineman Savion Williams — share the same number. Since those two are on opposite sides of the ball, though, there’s no issue.
Linebacker Henry To’oto’o will share his jersey number with wide receiver Jordan Murphy, and wide receiver Jerrod Means will share his jersey number with defensive lineman LaTrell Bumphus.
The only 2019 signee who still isn’t on campus is four-star safety Anthony Harris. It should be known either later this month or in early July whether or not Harris will be eligible to join the Vols or not.
