Tennessee picked up a big win on Saturday over South Carolina, shutting out the Gamecocks in the second half and defeating Will Muschamp’s squad 41-21 in front of a rowdy home crowd in Neyland Stadium.
Several Vol players had standout performances in the game, and three different Vols were awarded with SEC Player of the Week honors on Monday. All three of those players and a couple other Vols spoke with the media on Tuesday.
Wide receiver Jauan Jennings, linebacker Daniel Bituli, and offensive lineman Brandon Kennedy all earned SEC Player of the Week honors for their play against the Gamecocks on Saturday. All three Vols met with the media on Tuesday afternoon, as did freshman linebacker Henry To’o To’o and defensive lineman Matthew Butler.
