One of the best names in the 2020 recruiting cycle, Demon Clowney is the cousin of former South Carolina standout and No. 1 NFL Draft pick Jadeveon Clowney. The younger Clowney was committed to LSU before decommitting from them on the first day of the early signing period. Will Tennessee get more involved with him?
The Vols may at least try and kick the tires on Clowney’s recruitment, but they would be a late-arriving guest to what figures to be a hectic recruitment for Clowney between now and February. He does play for the same school as Tennessee signee and four-star defensive tackle Dominic Bailey, so UT already has that built-in connection.
