Five-star class of 2024 receiver Ryan Wingo visited Tennessee for the Vols win over Florida earlier this fall. Now the five-star receiver is being predicted to land at Tennessee.

247sports director of recruiting Steve Wiltfong put in a crystal ball prediction for Wingo to land at Tennessee Tuesday.

Wingo ranks as the No. 10 player and No. 2 receiver in the 2024 recruiting class according to the 247sports composite rankings. On3 is just as high on the 6-foot-2 receiver ranking him as the No. 13 junior in the country.

The St. Louis, Missouri native has been active on the recruiting landscape this fall. In addition to his visit to Knoxville, Wingo’s seen games at Texas A&M, Michigan, Arkansas and Pittsburgh. The five-star receiver has also taken visits this year to Notre Dame and Louisville.

In addition to his September visit to Tennessee, Wingo unofficially visited Tennessee back in June.

Wingo’s older brother was a running back at Arkansas from 2009-2012.

Tennessee’s 2024 recruiting class is off to a hot start, ranking in the top 10 of the nation with four commits. Five-star athlete Jonathan Echols and three-star defensive lineman Carson Gentle committed to Tennessee this summer.

Four-star receiver Mazeo Bennett and four-star corner Kaleb Beasley have committed to Tennessee this fall during the Vols’ successful 2022 season.
