No. 11 Tennessee dropped the series-opening game in Knoxville to No. 3 Florida on Thursday night by a score of 6-1.
Tennessee right-handed pitcher Chase Dollander was on the mound for the Vols as the traditional lineup backed him up on the field.
The Vols will look to avenge their Thursday night loss to the Gators during the second game on the series on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. ET.
