Tennessee baseball picked up their most thrilling–and most significant–win of the season on Saturday night in Clemson against the Tigers.
The Vols outlasted Clemson in a 14-inning instant classic, winning 6-5. In a game that was a true rollercoaster for both teams, the Vols pulled it out against the host squad in their own yard. With the win, Tennessee advances to the Regional Finals game on Sunday night. Tennessee needs to win one of two games on Sunday night and/or Monday morning to advance to a third consecutive Super Regional.

Tennessee baseball is back in action on Sunday night at 6 p.m. ET. They will play the winner of Sunday morning’s matchup between Clemson and Charlotte.

If there was ever a doubt that the announcers were pretty one sided in their support – listen to the enthusiasm in the announcers voice when Tennessee TAKES THE LEAD in the 14th and compare it to his enthusiasm when Clemson ties the game in the 9th.
