Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel was the final coach to speak at the 2023 SEC Media Days event in Nashville on Thursday afternoon.
One by one, coaches stepped up to the podium and delivered their remarks about their team and the conference starting on Monday and continuing through Thursday. Ole Miss HC Lane Kiffin began the festivities on Thursday morning with South Carolina’s Shane Beamer and Tennessee’s Josh Heupel following after him.
Prior to Heupel’s appearance on the big stage, the Tennessee head coach met with the local media to discuss several topics including the year ahead and the penalties that Tennessee received earlier in the week.
