New week. New insane Boo Carter highlight.

The Tennessee football commit keeps on putting together insane highlight tapes in his senior season at Bradley Central High School. Last week, he made half a dozen defenders miss on a 70-plus yard screen pass for a touchdown against Maryville.

This week, Carter let a punt bounce, fielded it at the five-yard line and turned it into a 95-yard touchdown. Check it out here.

Carter’s punt return touchdown helped Bradley Central cruise to a 35-0 victory over Walker County. The Bears are 4-0 on the season with upcoming matchups against Knoxville are teams Heritage and Farragut.

Carter was a major recruiting win for Josh Heupel and his staff earlier this summer. The four-star athlete committed to the Vols over Michigan and others in June after Tennessee long made him a major priority in their 2024 signing class.

The Chattanooga native ranks as the No. 229 player in the country and No. 4 player in the state of Tennessee according to the 247sports composite rankings.

What position Carter would begin his college career at was a major part of his recruitment. Michigan recruited Carter to play receiver while Tennessee recruited him to play defensive back. Carter is a standout safety at the high school level but if it doesn’t work out for him there in Knoxville, he could be a dynamic slot receiver in Heupel’s offense.
