Vanderbilt vs. Tennessee Preview
Vanderbilt has underachieved this season with a 2-9 overall record and 0-7 conference record. The Commodores are also 0-5 on the road. While not great, the Commodores have a chance to turn Rocky Top into Rock bottom. Vanderbilt has not seen a win since the second week. This is Tennessee’s last home game and while the Vols are 5-1 at home, this game is no guarantee. This talented roster has been in close games with teams they should be thrashing. Texas A&M, Kentucky, and Austin Peay kept their games somewhat close until at least halftime. Vanderbilt has had a rough streak since week 2, but the Volunteers have to keep their head on a swivel.

That should convey just how effective Milton is with the ball in his hands, Milton has had a good season and ending this regular season with a multi-touchdown performance and high in the passing yards category looks to be the promising outcome for the Volunteers in their regular season finale game.
Vanderbilt Looks to Snap Losing Streak
Vanderbilt is looking for a massive upset on the road. Noting the obvious before we dive in, Vanderbilt has not won a game since week 2. The Commodores beat Hawaii and Alabama A&M to get off on the right foot but the rest of the schedule wasn’t as easy. Is Vanderbilt outmatched against Tennessee? Probably, and you can say that with a lot of confidence. The one stick that is poking in everyone’s side is how both of these teams matched up with Georgia. Vanderbilt doubled the score of Tennessee, showcasing this team can at least keep the pace up with some heavy hitting teams.
Now, when we turn our attention to the recent games, there is not much to look at. Vanderbilt got stomped by South Carolina 47-6 on the road. Quarterback Ken Seals threw for 104 yards, 13 completions on 28 attempts and no touchdowns. Moreover, when these two teams met up last year, Tennessee routed Vanderbilt 56-0 as the visiting team.
Prediction: Tennessee Ends On High Note
