Sanders has visited Tennessee more than any other school in his top four, taking a visit to Knoxville for the Georgia game last fall and then taking two unofficial visits in April and another in May before his June official visit.

The blue-chip recruit has taken three visits to both Georgia and Ohio State in 2024 and just a lone visit to Nebraska. Sanders has took official visits to all three schools in either May or June. The big surprise of Sanders top group is that Clemson did not make the cut.

Clemson and Ohio State have long been viewed as Tennessee’s top competition to land the elite recruit. Sanders took five total visits to Clemson starting back in September and concluding with an official visit in late May.

Tennessee football’s 2025 recruiting class currently contains 16 commitments including from three offensive linemen. Douglas Utu and Nic Moore rank as four-star recruits while Antoni Kade Ogumoro ranks as a three-star.

The Vols’ 2025 recruiting class currently ranks No. 14 nationally and No. 8 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
