Tennessee football is less than 48 hours away from kicking off its rivalry matchup against Florida at Neyland Stadium. That means it’s time for the Thursday night availability report for the Vols’ matchup against the rival Gators.
The availability report is new this season and is effectively an injury report that each team releases every night starting Wednesday and up until kickoff. The final availability report comes out 90 minutes before kickoff on game day.
Tennessee had seven total players on the availability report on Wednesday including from a trio of key receivers. Florida had 14 total players on the availability report including both of its top left tackles.
With that, let’s take a look at the Tennessee-Friday Thursday availability report including some notes on the report and changes for each team.

Florida Notes
There are no changes for Florida football’s availability report from Wednesday to Thursday either.
There’s a pair of big storylines to watch for Florida. First, Austin Barber is the Gators’ starting left tackle and Devon Manuel is his backup. If Barber isn’t able to go then Florida would be on its third string left tackle which would be a very serious issue against Tennessee’s defensive line.
Secondly. Thornton is a starting safety for the Gators and had already missed a pair of games earlier this season due to injury.
