Projecting Tennessee Football’s Depth Chart Following 2025 Spring Practice

Tennessee football’s spring practice came to a close on Saturday afternoon with the 2025 Orange & White game at Neyland Stadium.

The story of the week and the spring is the departure of quarterback Nico Iamaleava to the transfer portal. Josh Heupel and his staff now work in the transfer portal trying to find a new potential starting quarterback. Even besides Iamaleava, Tennessee’s spring practice had a few updates in position battles.

With Iamaleava gone, Tennessee now returns three starters on the offensive side of the ball and six strarters on the defensive side of the ball.

With that in mind, let’s project what the Tennessee football depth chart will look like in Josh Heupel’s fifth season as winter workouts get under way.
