Four-star offensive lineman Brandon Anderson unofficially visited Tennessee football last weekend for the Vols’ big 865 Live recruiting event. The blue-chip recruit will return to Knoxville next month for an official visit on June 20, Rivals Sam Spiegelman first reported earlier this week.

Anderson ranks as a four-star recruit and the No. 353 player in the country according to the 247sports composite rankings. The 6-foot-4, 320-pound prospect also ranks as the No. 28 interior offensive lineman in the 2026 recruiting cycle and the No. 46 player in the state of Georgia.

Tennessee has not only been a constant in Anderson’s recruitment but the Kennesaw native is a former Vol commit. Anderson committed to Josh Heupel and his staff back in the fall following consecutive visits for the Florida game and the Alabama game in back-to-back weeks.

But after visiting Tennessee for a Junior Day in late January, Anderson backed off his commitment to the Vols. Anderson’s visit to Tennessee last weekend was his first since re-opening his commitment.

Anderson’s June official visit to Tennessee is his last of four official visits he has scheduled for the next month. He is officially visiting Maryland this weekend, Missouri the following weekend, North Carolina on June 13 and then finally Tennessee to close the month. Anderson has also visited Florida State since backing off his commitment to Tennessee.

The blue-chip recruit currently plans on announcing his college commitment on Aug. 15, leaving open the possibility of taking more visits following his four early summer official visits.

Tennessee football’s 2025 recruiting class currently contains eight commitments but from just one offensive lineman. That lone offensive lineman is a good one in blue-chip offensive tackle Gabriel Osenda. The Vols eight commit recruiting class currently ranks No. 21 nationally and No. 21 in the SEC according to the 247sports team rankings.
