Tennessee associate head coach Justin Gainey met with the media on Tuesday afternoon to preview some summer storylines for the Volunteers this month.
Rick Barnes’ program underwent a number of changes following their second-straight Elite 8 run this past March, including a handful of fresh new faces to the roster and a few new additions to the coaching staff:
Incoming Players: PF Nate Ament, SG Amari Evans, C DeWayne Brown, CG Clarence Massamba (July enrollee), PG Troy Henderson, LA Tech PG Amaree Abram, Vanderbilt F Jaylen Carey, Maryland PG Ja’Kobi Gillespie
Incoming Coaches: Assistant coach Amorrow Morgan, assistant coach Steve McClain
During his 12-minute interview on Tuesday, Gainey hit on topics such as the Vols’ summer workouts, Tennessee’s newcomers, and much more.
