Friday marks the final day that the transfer portal is open for all players across college football, except those at Miami and Indiana. With decisions to enter or stay needing to be finalized by the end of the day, there may be some shocking news around the sport, but the picture of what rosters will look like is becoming much clearer.
For Tennessee football, the Vols have lost 28 players, but have landed 11 pieces as replacements to this point.
