Returning Lady Vols forward Zee Spearman is set to don the red, white and blue for Team USA this summer.
Spearman will compete on the women’s 2025 USA 3×3 Nations League Team in the 2025 FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas Conference. This will take place July 21-27 in Punta Arenas, Chile.
The roster for the 3-on-3 basketball team includes six players, five of whom are current NCAA players. Spearman will join Taylor Bigby (TCU), Joyce Edwards (South Carolina), MiLaysia Fulwiley (LSU) and Rachel Ullstrom (Richmond), along with Serena Sundell, who recently graduated from Kansas State.
This past May, Spearman joined Bigby, Edwards, Fulwiley, and Ullstrom in the 2025 USA Basketball 3X Nationals in Mesa, Arizona. Spearman and Fulwiley won the tournament with Team Chaos.
The team will be coached by Julia Ford. She was a coach at the 2025 USA Basketball 3×3 development camp in Phoenix in April. She currently serves as an assistant coach at Grand Canyon.
You can watch Spearman and the team in action later this month on the FIBA3x3 YouTube channel. The format consists of a half-court game with a 10-minute game clock and a 12-second shot clock. The winning team is the first to 21 points or the team leading after the time expires.
