The 2025 MLB Draft came to a close last Monday with MLB teams selecting nine Tennessee players and nine more players committed to Tennessee either out of the high school ranks or out of the transfer portal.
One week after the draft, five Tennessee draft selections and one more undrafted player have signed professional contracts while four Vols have yet to sign. Only one Tennessee commit has signed at this point though most of the selected Vols do plan on signing.
Of the five Tennessee players to sign, four have signed under slot value while one has signed at slot value. However, only Nate Snead signed well under slot value.
