This season, Tennessee will not meet South Carolina on the football field. The Vols and Gamecocks previously met on a yearly basis due to sharing standing in the SEC East. Once Texas and Oklahoma were added and the divisions dissolved, the game was taken off the schedule for the time being.
This will be the second-straight season the programs aren’t on each other’s schedule. Most recently, Tennessee won at home in the 2023 season. Before that, in 2022, South Carolina upset the Vols in Columbia to eliminate UT’s four-team playoff aspirations. In 2021, Josh Heupel’s first season, Tennessee throttled the Gamecocks at home.
Tennessee’s tickets are not available at Costco. The Vols will play ETSU, Georgia, UAB, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico State and Vanderbilt at home.
