
The kickoff time and broadcast details are officially set for Tennessee football’s matchup against Arkansas at Neyland Stadium. Kickoff from Neyland Stadium is at 4:15 p.m. ET with the SEC Network broadcasting the game. It’s unclear who is announcing the game at this time.
The matchup is Tennessee’s fourth in the afternoon time slot this season. Tennessee played ETSU, Georgia and Mississippi State in the afternoon slot and faced both Syracuse and UAB during the noon time slot. The Vols have yet to play a night game this season.
Tennessee is off to a 4-1 (1-1 SEC) start to the season. The Vols have taken care of business against non conference foes Syracuse, ETSU and UAB. Tennessee dropped its SEC opener against Georgia in overtime before heading on the road and knocking off Mississippi State in overtime a week ago.
Josh Heupel’s fifth Tennessee team is looking to get revenge against Arkansas for its loss in Fayetteville a season ago before heading on the road to face Alabama on the Third Saturday in October the next week.

It’s been a chaotic and disappointing season for Arkansas to date. The Razorbacks are 2-3 (0-1 SEC) and have lost three straight games. Arkansas lost a heartbreaker at Ole Miss before Memphis upset the Razorbacks the next week at the Liberty Bowl.
Things went particularly downhill for Arkansas last week when Notre Dame obliterated the Razorbacks 56-13 in Fayetteville, scoring touchdowns on all six first half drives.
The humiliating loss led to a coaching change with Arkansas firing Sam Pittman Sunday and naming Bobby Petrino as the new interim head hog. Petrino made a number of changes to Arkansas’ defensive staff Monday. Arkansas is off this week before heading to Knoxville next week.
Other top SEC games during the week seven slate include Texas-Oklahoma at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC, Missouri-Alabama at noon ET on ABC, Auburn-Georgia, Florida-Texas A&M and South Carolina-LSU. Those last three games will all be at night but are currently flexed between ABC, ESPN and the SEC Network.
