Former Tennessee defensive end Chandavian Bradley is re-entering after spending just one season at Oklahoma State, On3’s Pete Nakos reported Thursday night. The transfer portal does not officially open until Jan. 2 but Bradley plans to enter the portal when it does.

Bradley spent just one season at Oklahoma State where he totaled three tackles. He played just sparingly, totaling 33 snaps in nine games played. The Kansas City native played double-digit snaps in just one game— a blowout win over UT Martin.

It was a rough year for Oklahoma State on the field. The Cowboys posted a 1-11 (0-9 Big 12) record winning their season-opener against UT Martin before losing its final 11 games of the season. Oklahoma State fired long time head coach Mike Gundy during the season before hiring North Texas’ Eric Morris to replace him.

Bradley was a four-star recruit and the No. 136 player nationally according to the 247sports composite rankings coming out of Platte County High School in Missouri when he committed to Tennessee over South Carolina and Texas in the summer of 2022.

The edge rusher redshirted in his lone season at Tennessee before eventually announcing that he was transferring to Hutchinson Community College in July. Knoxville PD cited Bradley with reckless driving back in March and it is unclear whether that had anything to do with him leaving the Tennessee program.

Bradley did go through the Vols’ spring practice following the citation so it seems unlikely that the charges directly led to him leaving Tennessee’s program.

The 6-foot-4, 242-pound pass rusher had a strong lone season at Hutchinson Community College helping lead the Blue Dragons to a 9-2 record and a berth in the NJCAA Semifinals.

Bradley is back in the transfer portal with two years of college eligibility remaining. He’s looking for his fourth school in four years.
