Tennessee Basketball moved to 11-5 on the season and 1-2 in SEC play with a blowout loss to Florida in Gainesville on Saturday. The Vols will have a chance to bounce back this week with two straight home games. Tennessee will host Texas A&M on Tuesday night and Kentucky on Saturday afternoon in the Food City Center. The Vols are 9-0 at home this season and 0-3 in true road games.
The Aggies are 13-3 on the season with a 3-0 start to SEC play, beating LSU, Auburn, and Oklahoma to begin the conference slate.
Ahead of Tuesday’s game, Tennessee head coach Rick Barnes and freshman forward DeWayne Brown met with the media to recap the Florida loss and preview the Texas A&M game. Barnes talked about his reaction to the loss and the film study afterwards, while Brown detailed what he is still looking to improve in his own game moving forward.
Tennessee will host Texas A&M at 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday night in Knoxville.
