SEC Announces Date That Kickoff Windows for 2026 Football Schedule Will Be Revealed

On Wednesday, Tennessee football and the rest of the SEC found out the game time and broadcast details for each of its opening three games of the 2026 season. What about the rest of the 12-game schedule, though?

The SEC answered that question on Wednesday night, as well. The remainder of the games controlled by the SEC (which applies to each remaining Tennessee game) will have the television window announced on Wednesday, June 10. It will air on the SEC Network at 7 p.m. ET as a part of an SEC Now broadcast.

There are four designations games can have for their kickoff times. Here is what each means:

Early – 12-1 p.m. ET
Afternoon – 3:30-4:30 p.m. ET
Night – 6-8 p.m. ET
Flex – 3:30-4:30 p.m. ET or 6-8 p.m. ET

The nine games that will have the kickoff window revealed for Tennessee are its nine SEC contests. The three out-of-conference games had their times announced on Wednesday.

That features the season opener vs. Furman at 3:30 p.m. ET on SECN+/ESPN+, the road game at Georgia Tech at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and the final non-conference tune-up vs. Kennesaw State and the return of Jerry Mack at 7:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network.

Here’s a look at Tennessee’s 2026 schedule:

  • Sept. 5 – vs. Furman (3:30 p.m. ET on SECN+/ESPN+)
  • Sept. 12 – at Georgia Tech (7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN)
  • Sept. 19 – vs. Kennesaw State (7:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network)
  • Sept. 26 – vs. Texas
  • Oct. 3 – vs. Auburn
  • Oct. 10 – at Arkansas
  • Oct. 17 – vs. Alabama
  • Oct. 24 – at South Carolina
  • Oct. 31 – OPEN
  • Nov. 7 – vs. Kentucky
  • Nov. 14 – at Texas A&M
  • Nov. 21 – vs. LSU
  • Nov. 28 – at Vanderbilt
