This is a real thing, and it’s because of a steadfast commitment to mediocrity in their football program that Cat fans tend to let their eyes wander outside of their collegiate marriage in the fall. The rule here is that if you’re going to pick up a secondary team, it needs to be out of your A team conference, and it can’t be a juggernaut.
Among my friends if you are planning on choosing a new team to pull for, you call a press conference in the living room and you make your intentions known, the friends then decide what level of grief to give you over your decision.
Kentucky fans, because they base their entire life’s value on their sports teams, have inevitably flocked towards Alabama, and these people are just the worst.
