Overall
That was a tough game to evaluate. Tennessee’s offense looked unstoppable at times, while the run defense was atrocious. Dobbs showed why he can be one of the top playmakers in the SEC, and the Kamara/Kelly duo is fun to watch. The run defense, however, must improve if UT is going to finish strong. The Wildcats have a nice rushing attack, but giving up 443 yards on the ground is unacceptable in any scenario.
But the most important thing for UT was getting the win, and that’s what the Vols did. Two more, and some help from LSU, and the Vols will be headed to Atlanta.
