Overall
The Vols found a way to win, and that ended their four-game losing skid. Tennessee looked ugly, but they made Southern Miss look uglier. 24-10 won’t excited many fans, but the Vols’ defense looked solid and made a few crucial plays to help Tennessee get the victory.
